This show features stories from the Dimond High School Story Works Alaska show called “Beyond the Bookends.” The Story Works Alaska program provides true, personal storytelling lessons for high school students. Students in Mr. Reese’s tenth grade English classes participated in the program this fall. Of all the storytellers at Dimond, students selected these ten stories for their main event on Nov. 3, 2016. Rion and Maeve, also members of the Story Works Student Advisory Board, hosted this hour of “In Other News.”
